INPEX is the operator of Masela Block (Abadi project) offshore Maluku, Arafura Sea, Indonesia, that is now in the early stage of Abadi field development with floating liquefied natural gas concept for future commercial FLNG production.

Responsibilities:
- Assisting Project Contract Manager to plan, manage, monitor or control overall project contract administration, including preparation, negotiation, and establishment of contractual agreement of overall project phases (FEED, EPC, Commissioning, Start-Up).
- Manage and review contractual documents in a project
- Establish effective business controls for contracts.
- Prepare contracts and amendments
- Manage the execution of Contract and Procurement Plans for Masela project.
- Contribute to negotiate contracts and formulate policies with suppliers.
- Monitor the overall performance of tenders and contracts
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Tertiary degree is preferable
- 5 - 8 years in procurement and/or logistics field, preferably in Oil & Gas industry and/or over 10 years in managerial level within Oil & Gas Industry, preferably exposed in procurement and logistics management and its equivalent
- Fluent English both spoken and written
- Computer literacy
