Responsibilities:
- Develop or coordinate to develop Initial and Revised Work Program & Budget (WP&B) in collaboration with project management teams and budget owners (Owners).
- Develop or coordinate to develop Authorization for Expenditures (AFE) in collaboration with Owners.
- Negotiate and cope with BPMIGAS for approval for WP&B and AFEs.
- Monitor budget and AFEs and identify the needs to revise budget / AFEs. Support Owners to revise budget / AFEs.
- Monitor AFEs and identify which Close-out AFEs to be submitted. Support Owners to prepare and submit Close-out AFEs.
- Develop procedures and guidelines for WP&B, AFE, and Budget Control.
Requirements:
- University Bachelor Degree preferably in Engineering; other degree qualifications will be considered.
- Minimum five (5) years experience with WP&B and AFE responsibilities in projects by PSC(s) operating in Indonesia during development and/or production phases on complex oil & gas projects.
- Familiar with Indonesian Government Regulation of PTK Work Program & Budget (WP&B) (June 2010) and Authorization for Expenditures (AFE) (June 2010).
- Fully understand on project management for cost control.
- Hands-on experience of using SAP (ERP system).
