Senior Contract Engineer (C/050/PRJ/03/2012)

Responsibilities:
- Analyze, monitor, and evaluate all activities related to service procurement contract by ensuring that service standard/ level/ demand is translated into contracts in an accurate and timely manner and in compliance with internal procedures and external regulations. This position also has responsibility in supporting Project Contract Manager to plan, manage, monitor or control overall project contract administration, including preparation, negotiation, and establishment of contractual agreement of overall project phases (FEED, EPC, Commissioning, Start-Up).
- Assess and determine improvements or revisions needed in the development of contractual agreement or its amendment (according to changes of specifications or standards).
- Support Project Contract Manager in establishing effective business controls for contract, including develop a Contractual Agreement Template.
- Continuously analyze, evaluate, and improve contractual Project Procedures for both the main EPC and other contracts.
- Prepare, negotiate and administer of additional/supplementary contracts as required for the on-going operation and overall project phases (FEED, EPC, Commissioning, Start-Up).
- Represent the Company in meetings and negotiations with Contractors and Vendors as required.
- Ensures and monitor the assigned contracts are administered in compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in any engineering
- 5 - 8 years in procurement and/or logistics field, preferably in Oil & Gas industry and/or over 5 years in engineering area within Oil & Gas industry with some exposures to procurement and/or logistic fields
- Fluent English both spoken and written
- Computer literacy
