Dear Potential Candidates, we are currently urgently required several positions for our clients multinational EPCI Oil & Gas Company in Jakarta as follows:
1. Project Security Coordinator (Indonesia National) General Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years experiences in project, preferable in the Oil & Gas sector
- English fluency is must both verbal and writing
- Certificate Diploma, copy passport, electronic picture and any relevant certificates pertaining to the applied position need to be provided together with the CV
Job Description:
• Perform an updated analysis of the Operational Environment (OE) To conduct this analysis and/or other specific technical activities related to project area critical (e.g. defining activities) he is supported by the Area Security Manager
• Supported by the Area Security Manager, in liaison with the Overseas Operations Manager, prepare and revise as often as the existing security situation requires the Project Security Plan, Evacuation Plan and Security Procedures applicable to the project, ensuring that they are in line with Corporate Security Standards. As part of this process, the Project Security Coordinator/Representative:
• Advise the MD/HR of the operating company and the Project Manager on security rules, procedures and measures to be implemented at project level, and ensure their adequate implementation.
• Assess security measures implemented at all project sites and report immediately any security inadequacies or incident to the MD of the operating company and the Project Manager the Human Resources Manager, and the Area Security Manager.
• Provide to the Area Security Manager and to the Project Manager the results of periodic security and internal audit reports.
• Oversee movements and missions tracking of expatriate personnel assigned to the Project
• Provide advice on Journey Management plan security-related content, covering trips/transfers and the precautions adopted by the company in the countries where it operates.
• Prepare Security Briefs and inductions for Company and Company sub-contractors employees as soon as they arrive at a project site/base.
• Liaise with local authorities appropriate actions to be taken in case of a security incident or critical situations - local level.
• Coordinate the circulation of information
• Perform thorough investigations, at the request of the Area Security Manager, following incidents or critical situations. Manage security issues with local Client’s security Representatives.
• Ensure the flow of information and operational support to the MD of the operating company, the Project Manager and to the Area Security Manager.
• Cooperate with local security forces, in compliance with the existing applicable laws and regulations
• In liaison with the Area Security Manager establish communication requirements for security purposes (radio, mobile, satellite phone network, tracking systems, etc.) and
• Coordinate acquisition implementation with Project Manager in liaison with the Area Security Manager, support the MD of the operating company and the Project Manager in the management of security emergencies, if a crisis occurs or if an Evacuation needs to be carried out for security reasons.
2. Marine Engineer Advisor (Indonesia National) ) General Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years experiences in Oil & Gas project
- English fluency is must both verbal and writing
Job Description:
Take a lead on the arrangement of machinery spare determination and process flow diagrams with respect to the rules, regulation and industry practice. Responsible and ensure correct selection of equipment considered as part of design to be installed inside Hull area. Act as technical vocal point within project team for the marine engineering, coordinating with project engineering manager and client, contractors and advice/update naval head of department on critical issues
3. Lead Naval Architect Engineer (Indonesia National) ) General Qualifications:
- Minimum over 5 years experiences in Lead Naval design engineering
- English fluency is must both verbal and writing
Job Description:
Take a lead naval engineer group to develop engineering related to naval design aspects. Act as technical vocal point within project team for the naval design aspect, coordinating with project engineering manager and client, contractors and advice/update naval head of department on critical issues
4. Sr. Piping Layout Engineer (Indonesia National) ) General Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in EPCI (offshore / onshore project)
- English fluency is must both verbal and writing
5. Structural Engineer (Indonesia National) ) General Qualifications:
- Minimum 8 years experience from offshore engineering in either engineering design, engineering work including fabrications and installations (using SACS software)
- English fluency is must both verbal and writing
6. Senior Process Safety Engineer (Indonesia National) ) General Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years experience from offshore engineering in either engineering design, engineering work including fabrications and installations
- English fluency is must both verbal and writing
7. Lead Structural Engineer (Indonesia National) ) 8. Lead Piping Engineer (Indonesia National)
9. Lead Pipeline Engineer (Indonesia National)

14. Project Manager (Indonesia National)
General Qualifications:
- Have minimum 15 years of project management experience on onshore/offshore oil and gas facilities design engineering, fabrication, hook-up and pre-commissioning.
- English fluency is must both verbal and writing
- Have successfully managed a minimum of 2 major onshore/offshore EPSC projects demonstrating the following: proven track record of achieving HSE objectives, capability to manage projects to meet schedule and cost requirements, and success in managing organization, personnel, and productivity
