PT Sigur Ros Indonesia is a joint venture company between Sigur Ros Sdn. Bhd. and PT Trimulya Gemilang. It is an EPCI (Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Installation) company which focus it’s business in offshore pipeline/platform installation and transportation, hook up, saturation/air diving and pre-commissioning work within Oil & Gas Company. We are currently seeking a suitable person to be involved in PHE ONWJ Offshore Pipeline Replacement Program 2012 as:
 
HSE Lead/Manager

PRINCIPLE SCOPE: Responsible to provide assurance that the project HSE MS is properly planned, implemented and resourced throughout all phase of the project.  Provide active support to engineering team during the engineering/detail design stage and during the offshore construction, hook-up and pre-commissioning stage.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES / SKILLS:
·Develop project specific HSE policies, objectives, targets and performance indicators embracing engineering and offshore construction.
·Ensure alignment of COMPANY’s HSE Management System and CLIENT HSSE Management System is achieved during the development of the project HSE plan.
·Ensure CLIENT CSMS process is specified at all stages of the work.
·Ensure compliance with COMPANY/CLIENT Environmental Performance Standard.
·Day to day management and control of the HSE performance contract.
·Ensure HAZOP/HAZID studies are performed as per COMPANY/CLIENT guideline.
·Develop and gain Project Management / CLIENT approval of project specific HSE plans and procedures.
·Ensure HSE issues are fully considered in the management of change process.
·Gain Project Management / CLIENT approval of job descriptions for all project HSE resources.
·Approval of all project HSE resources as per approved job descriptions.
·Preparation and maintenance of the project HSE audit and management visits schedule.
·Notification, coordination and leading HSE audits and management site visit.
·Planning, coordination and participating in all project risk assessment studies.
·Ensuring all HSE incidents are reported to the Project Management and COMPANY in timely manner.
·Coordination of all incident investigations and ensuring timely feedback/reporting.
·Coordinate and record monthly HSE meetings between CONTRACTOR/COMPANY/CLIENT.
·Establish and maintain regular interface discussions with COMPANY/CLIENT HSE representative.
 
QUALIFICATION:
Degree or college diploma holder in technical subject – preferably an engineering discipline.
 
EXPERIENCE:
· Minimum of ten (10) years experience in HSE engineering and/or construction; of which five (5) years should be in the management of HSE within an EPCI framework.
· Has extensive offshore engineering and construction experience.
· Will demonstrate good communications and training skills
· Have an excellent grasp of the English language – spoken and written.
