TECHNICAL SERVICE ENGINEER Occupational Health & Environmental Safety Products (TSE - OHES)

Responsibilities:
  • The incumbent will be responsible to provide customer technical support for Occupational Health & Environmental Safety market products, conduct technical evaluation of new products for their introduction, resolve product quality issues, initiate and conduct product training, seminar or workshop for customers and distributors, conduct field survey and recommend appropriate PPE for customers, assist and guide customers in implementation of safety policy, procedure and process, provide Safety consultancy for customers, assume responsibility for initiating and conducting assigned technical activities leading to new or improved products, processes, and applications on a program basis within the area of technical specialty.
Requirements:
  • Degree or Master Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or K3 from reputable University.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in Chemical, Petrochemical or Oil and Gas company as EHS Engineer.
  • Understand safety policy, procedure and regulation for chemical, petrochemical, Oil and gas and Mining Industry.
  • Knowledge of local regulations will be an advantage.
  • Working knowledge in Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Management, and General Safety
  • Preferably a registered / certified Safety Officer with local authorities and/or certified Fire Safety Engineer [Ahli K3 Umum, Ahli K3 Specialist]
  • Possess strong analytical, technical skill, problem solving and communication skill


Manager – Strategic Marketing Business Development (MGR – SM)

Responsibilities:
  • The accepted candidate will be tasked to develop business & marketing strategy and to execute the plan for expanding 3M Indonesia Industrial & Transportation Business for both Retail and Industrial Market. The person will work in a newly-formed organization focusing on marketing strategy for both industrial and transportation business. Various automotive retail products such as car window film (3M Autofilm), car care products (3M Autocare), and fuel injection cleaning products for consumers as well as professional shops and automotive service centers, will be part of the focus products.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor Degree in engineering with minimum of 10 years working experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years experience as Senior Brand Manager in consumer or packaging industries which have both exposure in retail and industrial market.
  • An MBA degree will be an advantage
  • The person must possess the ability to lead multiple teams and to manage people.
  • He/she is also able to develop strategy and tactics from a minimum condition.
  • Other expected traits: results-oriented; able to communicate clearly; good analytical skill; self-motivated. Good sense of creativity and self-improvement are advantageous.
