Requirements:
  • Completion of technical college from an internationally recognized institution.
  • Journeyman certificate from a recognized institution.
  • 5-7 years of total mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, or civil trades experience.
  • Working knowledge of discipline activities (methods, materials, practices and equipment used in the repair and maintenance of associated facilities/equipment).
  • Experience in maintenance scheduling, budgeting and estimating techniques.
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license.
  • Good PC knowledge of MS Office, maintenance software.
  • Good supervisory, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions of the work.
  • Ability to assign and supervise workers.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with superiors, employees and contractor staff.
