Senior Corrosion Engineer

Requirements:
- B.Sc. in Chemical / Metallurgical Engineering or equivalent from an internationally recognised educational institution, supplemented by various related courses.
- Strong working knowledge with 10-12 years’ varied plant inspection, corrosion prevention and control experience preferably within the oil or gas processing industry, including at least 5 years’ at supervisory level.
- Experience in the design, installation, operation and monitoring of cathodic protection system for onshore/off shore Facilities.
- Knowledge of coatings material selection and other methods of corrosion control.
- Must have the ability to work with Engineers of other disciplines in the identification and resolution of corrosion/environmental problems.
- • NACE accreditation is mandatory.
- • Sound technical knowledge of international codes and standards.
- • Computer literate in appropriate software.
- • Good leadership/motivational/ communication/ interpersonal skills.
