ENGINEERING JOBS
1. Fabricators/Erectors
Fabrication experience of structure and tanks min. 8 years
· Make layouts as per drawing.
· Oxy acetylene gas cutting.
· Operation of normal fabrication equipment
· Most economical plate cutting procedures with minimum waste.
· Field (site erection) shall be considered as additional qualifications (capable to work at high altitudes).
2. Welders – 6G
Basic qualification required is 6G Certification in SMAW (Manual)
· Minimum 4-5 years of experience in pipeline or vertical storage tank welding.
· & MIG welding is an advantage.
· Should be able to work at heights and difficult situations like floating roof tank, pontoon internal welding.
· Good health and general knowledge in welding & welding consumables.
3. Quality Engineer
Engineering Degree in Mechanical Engg. / Welding / Fabrication
· 5/6 Years experience in steel construction; Spl. Storage tanks, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, etc.
· Good knowledge of ISO 9000:2000 QMS requirements and also ASME B&PV QC system requirements.
· Saudi Aramco experience shall be an advantage. Must be able to prepare & guide the implementation of ASME QC system, for “U” stamp. Computer literate
4. Site Engineers
Mech. Engineer with minimum 5 years experience in erection of pontoon, double deck, fixed types of floating roof tank.
· Minimum 3 years experience in erection of heavy steel structures. Exp. in dome roof erection.
· Good knowledge of different welding process.
· Capable of monitoring & supervising erection & other related site activities
· Knowledge of commonly used computer software
· Can communicate in English written & oral.
· Knowledge of related international standards to industrial safety requirements.
5. Design Engineer (Tanks)
Must be a degree holder in Mechanical engineering.
· Familiar with international codes like ASME, API, NFPA, AWWA, UL & ANSI.
· Able to analyze & design including detail engineering of pressure vessels, floating roof tanks, refrigerated
· tanks & heat exchangers.
· He should know computer & its applications.
· Can communicate in English written & oral, Must not be more than 35 years old.
· Familiar with international codes like AISC, BS, EN, etc.
· Able to analyze and design, including detail drawing, of high rise steel structure, conveyors, warehouse and towers
