ENGINEERING JOBS
Duties:
• Responsible for AFE preparation, and the design and execution of new well horizontal and conventional completions in your assigned area. Familiarity with cased-hole and open-hole multi-stage completion techniques, and hydraulic fracturing design and execution for horizontal and conventional completions.
• Responsible for identifying, preparing, and executing AFE projects for re-completions, workovers, and production optimization for Mid-Continent assigned area. Perform cash flow projections for economic evaluation of projects as part of AFE package.
• Work closely with operations personnel to identify production enhancement and cost reduction opportunities on base producing properties in a safe and environmentally compliant manner.
• Monitor production, LOS, and AFE activity in order to meet annual Upstream goals for production, unit opex, and ROR on capital projects. Ability to address goal shortfalls in a proactive manner.
• Familiar with economic software programs and responsible for forecasting production, LOE, and capital projects during the annual budgeting process for your assigned area.
Minimum Requirements:
• B.S. Engineering degree (Petroleum Engineering preferred).
• 15+ years of Production Engineering experience with prior horizontal completions experience. Mid-Continent experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, economics software, and relevant engineering software systems. PHDWin software experience preferred.
