ENGINEERING JOBS
We are looking for someone who is keen to becoming a Drilling Manager in the next 5 years and work for one of the leading E&P organizations in Nigeria.
You will be working towards a managerial role and within the next 3-5 years you will be able to:
• Perform managerial duties at project level
• Establish Optimum Operational performance for the Drilling Department
• Ensure Dept. Processes and procedures are in place to facilitate knowledge- transfer
• Manage Drilling rigs for safe work
• Coordinate and manage drilling engineers and drilling manpower as well as Logistics and materials
• Manage Government, partners and other external stakeholders
To be considered for this role you must have a minimum of 7 years of experience as a Drilling Engineer or a Wells Engineer with some degree of supervisory/ leadership work.
You will have ideally a background in E&P operations, however professionals from leading Drilling Consultancies will also be considered.

In addition to this you will receive a market leading remuneration package which will include a net of tax base salary.
