CORROSION ENGINEER

Responsibilities:
  • The Corrosion Engineer assists the Head of Pipeline, Inspection, and Diving.
  • Take the lead in the inspection, maintenance, evaluation and recommendation of CNOOC’s SES block offshore facilities to ensure that all facilities are operated and maintained in a professional manner so that loss or damage caused by corrosion failures are eliminated and production losses due to corrosion and repairs are minimized.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Metal Fabrication/Tool & Die/Welding) or equivalent.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must be able to adapt to working in an offshore environment.
