HRD & GA Supervisor
Jakarta Raya 

Requirements:
  1. Male or Female, age max 35 years old
  2. Bachelor degree from relevant discipline, IPK > 3.00
  3. Minimum 2 years experiences in HRD and GA
  4. Experience in Competency Base Human Resources Management & Balance Scorecards is an advantage.
  5. Skill in Human Resources for all of function and General Affair matters from recruitment, development, termination program or retention program for employee
  6. Experience in formulating policies / SOP’s, and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures
  7. Good Professional & commitment
  8. Well understand of Labor Law and it's implementation
  9. Well understand and Familiar with ISO
  10. Proactive, persistent and innovative
  11. Have a good leadership and good communication skill
