Senior Technician

Requirements:
  • Completion of Secondary (12 years) education, plus 2 years Diploma course in Mechanical Engineering completed. A Degree in Engineering Discipline is preferred.
  • 6 years’ experience (accredited) in Inspection and testing work and in an oil and gas or petrochemical plant.
  • A qualification in NDT techniques is a must.
  • Minimum ASNT Level –II in the following techniques: Visual Inspection. Dye Penetrant, MT, UT).
  • A qualification in Cathodic Protection is preferable.
  • Knowledge of ASME code and other international codes and standards.
  • Computer literate in appropriate software. Good communication/interpersonal/organizational skills and Good written and spoken English.
