Technip Indonesia (PTTI), which services the Indonesian Oil and Gas, Petrochemical and General Industrial sectors. PTTI covers offshore and onshore field development, gas processing and liquefaction, refining and onshore pipelines. In non-oil sectors, PTTI covers fertilizers, chemicals, cement, life sciences, power generation and other growth market industries.
As part of our business expansion in Indonesia, we are seeking highly qualified professionals to fill in position listed below:
INSTRUMENT ENGINEER
Location: Balikpapan ( East Kalimantan)
Contract type: Contract
Start date: Immediate
JOB PURPOSE:
To deliver the required work on Instruments as required by Project and Lead Engineer
REPORTING LINES AND INTERACTIONS:
Hierarchically reports to: Head of Department
Operationally reports to: Lead Instrument Engineer
Directly supervises: Engineers/Designers
Key Interactions (internally, externally):
Internally : Project Management Team
Externally: Client and Main contractor
THE ROLE AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
* Prepare specifications as per Project/Lead Engineer's requirements
* Check and ensure the documents prepared are in good quality
* Vendor bid evaluation and vendor dare review
* Responsible for correctness of work any assigned subordinate
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Must have
* Recognized Engineering degree related to Instrumentation and COntrol
* Minimum 5 years in Instrumentation and control for onshore/offshore oil and gas facilities
* Familiar with International codes and standards such as : API. ASME, ASTM, NEC
