Contract & Business Planning Engineer - Operations Support
Responsibilities:
- Oversee annual expenditures as well as budget preparation for Operation Support Dept. through Oracle system
- Manage procurement process of material/tools/equipments within time frame and budget through Maximo system.
- Accountable person to handle sensitive contract statement accounts and contractor invoices.
- Manage budget expenditures, and update Contract Statement Account
- Prepare monthly budget accruals, performance report and its variance status.
- Liaison Officer to Finance and Business Analyst in preparing budget, monitoring and reporting budget.
- Accountable person to manage all sections' budget preparation and for budget expenditure plan.
- Accountable person to verify all contractor invoices, as well as cost allocation coding.
- Accountable person/Liaison Officer in managing OSD materials/tools/and equipments procurement process.
- Provide support, assistant and respond to Internal Audit queries.
- Experience for budgeting and cost control In oil and gas industry would be a very advantage value.
Requirements:
- S1 in Civil Engineering with minimum GPA 2.75. S2 in related discipline is an advantage
- Minimum 3 years experience in budgeting and and project cost control in Oil and Gas industry would be a very advantage value.
- Willing to work in field - East Kalimantan.
- Proactive and have "can do" and "strive for excellence" attitude.
- Good interpersonal and communication skill and able to communicate well in English both written and spoken.
- Excellent presentation skill, with ability to express ideas in a clear manner.
- Able to identify problems and provide alternative solution.
- Well organized, self motivated and able to work both independently and in a team.
- Able to work with under pressure situation.
- Good negotiation and communication skills.
