Inspector

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct surveys throughout the ship’s life ( building new ship, annual survey, interim survey, special survey ) to ensure standards are maintained.
  • Coordinating and performing the sampling and testing of petrochemical cargo deliveries ( oils / fuels ).
  • Liasing with Laboratory, Quality engineers to ensure successful and timely sampling and delivery of analyzed products.
  • Witness tests and operation of emergency and safety machinery and equipment.
  • Measure ships for tonnage and survey them for load line assignment.
  • Attend court as an expert witness and assist in coroner’s inquiries.
  • Investigate marine accidents.
  • Conduct surveys are required for planning and payment quantities. Assist with conducting quantity calculations as required.
  • Prepare documentation of surveying activities.
  • Maintain condition and adjustment of surveying equipment.
  • Perform additional assignments per supervisor’s direction.
Requirements:
  • Min. D3 / S1 from Marine Engineering / Naval Architect / Petroleum Engineering / Chemical Engineering / Mining Engineering with min GPA 2.75, or Min. ANT 2 / ATT 2.
  • Male, having experience min 1 years in related industry / rig / electrical / pv / oil & gas inspection company are preferable ( fresh graduated are welcome to apply ).
  • Willing to be placed in all region of Indonesia.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent in computer for Microsoft Office.
  • Having a good communication and interpersonal skill.
  • Driven and great attitude.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Target oriented.
