Dear Potential Candidates, we are currently have urgent required several positions for our clients Multinational Offshore Engineering Company in Indonesia as follows:
1. Vice President of Exploration & Production
General Requirements:
* Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Geophysics or petroleum related Engineering
* Minimum of 15 years of oil and gas or energy based industry (upstream), of which 8 years must be in a Senior Managerial position.
* Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in the exploration sector and have progressed from a geologist position.
* Strong technical capability in oil production and proven track record in an E&P environment with extensive exposure to data and site management, reserves and reservoirs management.
* Excellent people skills with an ability to partner with a dynamic team.
* Personal qualities of integrity, credibility and strong leadership.
* Matured and able to work within a fast-paced environment.
* Age between 40 and 45 years.
2. Offshore Superintendent
General Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering or equivalent.
* 5 years experience as DOS (Deputy Offshore Superintendent) or 3 years as Offshore Superintendent.
* Experienced in Platform & Subsea Installation and familiarity with offshore civil construction techniques.
* Proven leadership capabilities; Experienced in sub-contractor management.
* Good communication skills and conversant with computers (Microsoft Word/Excel and e-mail).
* Proper knowledge of commercial, financial and QHSE guidelines.
* Valid BOSIET and valid Offshore/Seafarers medical examination.
* Ability to manage contractors to achieve the highest HSE standards.
* Good interpersonal skills suitable for the environment.
Key Responsibilities:
# Supervise pipeline installation, jacket installation, platform installation, heavy lifting, hook-up & tie-in operations, survey operations, pre-commissioning and commissioning activities
# Co-ordinating program schedules for works carried out directly and works handled by subcontractors, solving contingent problems on site, optimizing the use of materials, work teams and available equipment and ensuring the correct upkeep of equipment and assets used.
# Maintaining and developing good working relationships offshore with international and local construction contractors and consultants
# Responsible for daily activities on board of the construction vessel
# Supervise to ensure compliance of QHSE policy; ensuring that all construction activities are performed in a safe way through rigorous implementation of company and project HSE requirements;
# Assisting the vessel master in the Emergency Situation.
# Manage day-to-day disciplinary and performance issues on board, in conjunction with OIM.
# To prepare daily reports to the project manager.
