Responsibilities:
Expectations
This is a regional role covering 3 countries in South East Asia
reporting to the cluster General Manager for Supply and Distribution and
will lead a team of 5 professionals. Candidates should possess a
university degree and should have at least 8 years of working
experience, preferably in the Oil and Gas industry.
The successful applicant for this position will be:

Accountable for negotiating, developing and maintaining fuels supply contracts with Third parties to meet the company’s growth plans

Accountable to negotiate, develop and maintaining shipping, pipeline and third party storage contracts that supports the company’s growth objectives

Manage key internal and external stakeholders to deliver value

Work with Strategy & Portfolio on Medium/Long term opportunities

Responsible to deliver high performing results as member of the cluster leadership team
Requirements:
-
Relevant experiences in fuels and price discovery is a key requirement. This would include transport fuel supply chain fundamentals and contracting optionality

Candidate should have led negotiations for major contracting including post contracting performance management
-
Basic risk management knowledge is required

Ability to work within complex business environment is a required core skill

Good spoken and written Bahasa Indonesia and English
-
Prior experience in engaging regulators and government agencies will be advantageous
