- Minimum 10-15 years’ experience in refinery and petrochemical plants with sufficient exposure in managing capital project.
- Work experience in Project Engineering, Process Engineering, Project Planning & Control, Central Facilities and Infrastructure including Marine and Logistics, AND/OR
- Work experience in product knowledge (petrochemical), business planning & commercial development, production planning (including knowledge in Linear Programming) in refinery and petrochemical plants, Supply Chain & Logistic Management (planning & execution) and JV Management.
