MontD’Or Oil Tungkal Ltd. is currently recruiting dynamic, qualified and self motivated personnel to be part of our Jakarta based team. The Company has the following vacancies:
 
Human Resource Manager

HR Manager will be responsible for the Human Resources department including staff recruitment, training, compensation and compliance.
 
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in a relevant subject.
- 15 years experience in Human Resources the bulk of which should be in the Oil & Gas industry.
- Managerial experience and knowledge of Indonesian Manpower laws and BPMIGAS regulations are also a requirement.
