company is immediately seeking highly motivated and experience professional to fill position;
Junior Process Safety Engineer
Requirement:
- Male or Female
- Chemical Engineering Background
- Must have at least two (2) years working experienced in engineering company or consultant.
- Experienced in Safety Engineering Design including Loss Prevention Analysis( e.g. fire fighting & personnel safety design, hazardous area classification, firewater hydraulic & surge analysis), Safety Analysis ( e.g. HAZOP, HAZID, FMEA, SIL Study, Safety Distance Analysis, ETA, FTA), Quantitative Risk Assessment (e.g. FERA, DORA, EERA) and also Reliability Assessment ( e.g. RBD, RCM, RAMS, failure rate estimation).
- Have a good understanding of all applicable codes, standards (e.g. NFPA, API, SOLAS, IEC, CMPT, PARLOC, Health Safety Executive, UKOOA), specifications and safety policies/procedures.
- Have excellent interpersonal, planning and organizational skills.
- Experience Operating DNV Phast, Cirrus, Shell Fred Software.
- Good written and oral communication abilities in English.
