“Export Import Assistant”
Location : Narogong - Bekasi Base
Status : Temporary for 6 Months
Responsibilities:
· Direct
the safe, efficient and cost effective dispatch, movement and return of
goods from / to Indonesia in accordance with company procedures.
· Maintain information on freight rates and costs.
· Prepare
and complete export and import documentations for clearance processes
in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
· Arrange proper transportation for export and import and maintain transportation provider database.
· Facilitate and participate in Customs audits.
Requirements:
· Good customer and employee interpersonal skills.
· Basic knowledge of relevant computer software.
· Minimum of 2 years experience in export & import/customs clearance and transportation in the oil and gas industry.
· Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

· Ability to work to tight deadlines
· Ability to communicate with other staff
· Ability to work under minimum supervision
· Flexible and adaptable to a changing environment
· Willingness to learn new skills
· Willingness to work as a teamwork
