IT HELP SERVICES SUPERVISOR (Batam Based)

Requirement :

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in related field such as Computer Science or Information systems or call centre environment is required
  1. Experience minimum 5 – 7 years in varying IT position s with at least 2 years supervisory or team lead responsibility
  2. Work experience in a Helpdesk, support, service desk or call centre environment is required
  3. Knowledge of ITIL (certification not essential but an added advantage)
  4. Possess and attended some IT related technical training and certifications
  5. Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices and procedures
  6. Other requirements include; ability to focus on, absorb and analyze a high level of detail in tickets, statistics, project plans and general reports
  7. Excellent command in English communication skills, both oral and written
  8. Good interpersonal skills and ability to work at all levels of internal management, employees and customers
  9. Flexible in dealing with employees and peers at all levels in the organization
  10. Team player and has an ability to adapt a dynamic technology environment

Basic Function:
Supervise employees who provide direct support to users of computing equipment. Areas of responsibility include Help Desk ( end-user trouble management ), end user computing asset management, end user desk side assistance, end user computing equipment configuration and installation., end user computing equipment repair and end user satisfaction with IT Services
