We are Joint Venture Company in Indonesia as oil and gas refinery, currently recruiting urgently some positions as follow:

1. STATIONARY & INSPECTION SUPERVISOR (SIS)
    Responsibilities: 
  • To establish maintenance and inspection strategies, to carry out activities assessment, to analyze, and to evaluate the results of stationary equipment, piping and civil maintenance
  • To prepare technical data, scope of work and other requirement for improvement or new equipment procurement plan.
  • Plant Monitoring
  • To support stationary equipment, civil & piping maintenance
  • To monitor and control project execution
  • To make recommendation for civil, piping & stationary maintenance
  • To make report for civil, piping and stationary maintenance activity
  • To make progress report for special project task
  • Make summary & report for monthly highlight & activity
  • To review pending item and to prepare next action plan
  • To create root cause analysis and create corrective action for every equipment failure.
  • To create lesson learn in every project activity for the next improvement
  • To prepare scope of work for any stationary, civil, piping and inspection activity
  • To prepare inspection plan & collecting and analysis data for the next action plan.
  • To prepare equipment re-certification plan and execution
  • To prepare RFQ for new spare part or equipment procurement plan.
  • To Support bidding process
  • To Support special project / task including turnaround work
   Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum 3 years experience
  • Good computer skills
  • Good communication in English and Korea (is an advantage)
  • Willing to be placed in Dumai

2. ROTATING SUPERVISOR (RS)
    Responsibilities: 
  • Coordinating, observing, evaluating all aspect conduct of preventive maintenance of Rotating Equipment in all Area Manufacture LBO, Schedule Routine maintenance, Emergency, Overhaul, Modification and of Turn Around, and also its administration to be operation unit can operate reliable as according to availability plant, precisely quality of and the expense of precisely
  • Coordinator maintenance of Rotating Equipment in all Area Manufacture LBO base on priority scale.
  • Supervise maintenance Rotating Equipment base on schedule Routine, Emergency, Overhaul, Modification and of Turn Around in all Area Manufacture LBO
  • Evaluating result of work performed by method, time, expense of, and quality result
  • Giving advise/problem solving alternative input to potency the happening of mistake or deviation in budget
  • Proposing technology / new method if it is true and efficient of effective.
  • Make sure the result of maintenance routine and also Turn Around equipments,Rotating Equipment in all Area LBO as a standard.
  • Proposing maintenance program annual ( RKA) for the aspect of Rotating Equipment.
  • Implement the Plan Work Budget ( RKA) for the Rotating of Equipment which have been agreed and goals which must reach as guidance, with target:
    • The Schedule on time base on production plan
    • Usage of maintenance cost by efficient as according to allocation
    • Work scope can yield the condition of reliable equipments.
    • God Plan maintenance schedule for equipments with co-ordinated better
  • Giving input event plan of maintenance Rotating Equipment to be contracted or doing by PATRASK with consider ability of maintenance resource ( budget, labour, material and equipments) existing.
  • Review contract Maintenance of Rotating Equipment in all Area Manufacture LBO.
  • Making proposal minimum stock requirement of material and also spare part ( Proposal Kimap) Rotating Equipment
  • Checking document event of maintenance activity of Rotating Equipment Manufacture:MIV, MR, MRS, Gate Pass, Minutes Of Taking over Work and Permission work base on authorization.
  • Checking contracted by completion of task document routine / non routine ( Turn Around), Overhaul, and modification equipments of Rotating Equipment in all Area Manufacture LBO.
  • Making periodic report input activity maintenance aspect of Rotating Equipment.
  • Make sure the maintenance of Rotating Equipment activity comply with regulation of Health Safety and Environmental Haven.
    Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum 3 years experience
  • Good computer skills
  • Good communication in English and Korea (is an advantage)
  • Willing to be placed in Dumai

3. ROTATING ENGINEER (RE)
    Responsibilities: 
  • To establish maintenance and inspection strategies, to carry out activities assessment, to analyze, and to evaluate the results of rotating maintenance
  • To prepare technical data, scope of work and other requirement for improvement or new equipment procurement plan.
  • To perform instrument inspection collecting data from implementation of PM/PdM also analyze and reporting result of rotating equipment.
  • Monitor implementation of PM rotating equipment
  • To monitor the process of issued recommendation, implementation and delivery material for material required.
  • To inform weekly activity to maintenance planner and to issue next week action plan
  • Review & updatePM check listof rotating
  • To summarize monthly activity related implementation of PM/PdM and to plan next action activity for improvement.
  • To monitor minimum material stock level in the effort to support PM/PdM activity including monitoring the process of procurement material.
  • Prepare special work including T/A work of rotating
  • To prepare scope of work for special activity related to the 3rd party.
  • To prepare RFQ including technical data and other specification for new spare part or equipment procurement plan.
  • To Support bidding process for any additional activity for rotating
  • To create root cause analysis and create corrective action for every equipment failure.
  • To create lesson learn in every project activity for the next improvement
    Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years experience.
  • Good computer skills.
  • Good communication in English and Korea (is an advantage)
  • Willing to be placed in Dumai

Special requirement for Rotating Position:
- Experience in Operating vibration monitor tools, vibration data processing, data analysis and make technical recommendation related with processing data that have been made.
- Experience to make the critical equipment mapping
- Experience in performance test, mechanical inspection seal and overhouling, MSL Monitoring.
- Training certification to do the rotating/vibration monitoring.
- Having vendor experience especially for PM & PdM tasks.
