Commercial Analyst - Commercial
Responsibilities:
  • Monitor the implementation of all sales agreements (all LNG sales contracts) to ensure in compliance of agreement (East Kalimantan System Agreement)
  • Evaluate alternative solutions of any commercial issues in a particular sales agreement
  • Work and develop on pay for production process to maximize value of VICO's gas.
  • Support external relationship with government and IJV partners, and East Kalimantan PSC operator to protect VICO value and interest as per agreement.
  • Support all superior commercial value for all LNG sales through marketing activities and related commercial negotiation with buyers, BPMIGAS, Pertamina and other East Kalimantan PSC operators to increase commercial value of VICO's oil and gas.
  • Support develop marketing strategies and market unsold quantities of LNG from the conventional gas to increase commercial value of VICO's gas.
  • Support negotiation with buyers and government and East Kalimantan PSC operator to maximize the value of VICO's gas and coordinate negotiation communication with IJV partners.
  • Support for the other function in the organization such as development planning and finance to sinergize business process in VICO
  • Support necessary assistance to Crude Oil coordinator & Sales Operations (JMG/JTG) team.
  • Comply with all VICO commercial activities in connection with local and international government regulation to minimize VICO exposure.
Requirements:
  • S1 (Bachelor’s degree) in Engineering / Commercial / Business. S2 in related discipline is an advantage.
  • Minimum 3 - 5 years experience in Oil & Gas Industry.
  • Have some basic knowledge in LNG market, Economic analysis, Project Evaluation.
  • Good knowledge in gas & oil field operation.
  • Good knowledge in PSC terms.
  • Proactive and have "can do" and "strive for excellence" attitude.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill and able to communicate well in English both written and spoken.
  • Excellent presentation skill, with ability to express ideas in a clear manner.
  • Able to identify problems and provide alternative solution.
  • Well organized, self motivated and able to work both independently and in a team.
  • Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
