position:
PROCUREMENT
MANAGER
Job Responsibilities:
· Ensure that
procurement team has a clear understanding of the project procedures to be
used
· Ensure that the
procurement team are empowered and supported in their roles
Monitor vendor performance to Identify and Investigate Poor Performance
Monitor vendor performance to Identify and Investigate Poor Performance
· Create and Maintain
a Procurement Status
· Report Selection of
Suitable Suppliers prior to tendering
· Issue of Tender
Documents to suppliers
· Organize ‘sealed
bid’ Openings in line with Company / Client Procedures
· Prepare of
Commercial Bid Evaluations
· Assume the role of
focal point for all bid clarifications
· Negotiate of all
commercial issues with successful suppliers
· Negotiate of terms
and conditions of sale
· Authorize and Issue
of Purchase orders to Approved Suppliers
· Attending Project
Progress meetings
· Arranging stage
payments in line with Agreed Purchase Order Milestones
Job
Requirements:
·
10 years experience
in contracts and procurement
·
Solid experience in
materials and logistics management
·
Has previous
background in Oil and Gas is an advantage
