Senior Recruiter Oil&Gas

Responsibilities:
  • To recruit, mobilize and follow up on site employee
  • To assure the recruitment and follow up on company’s employee
  • To support project Managers on HR matters
  • To develop Company’s Technical Assistance Services (manpower supply) to Clients
Principal Accountabilities
  • To ensure optimum quality and cost effectiveness of Company’s Project staffing function
  • To ensure timely identification of available and interested candidates with suitable qualification / experience for all requests for Project staff (internal and external)
  • To ensure timely and cost effective mobilization of all Project staff (internal and external)
  • To ensure that all Project staff are contracted at cost effective conditions, in line with market conditions
  • To ensure welfare, job satisfaction and motivation of all Project staff
  • To ensure retention and timely reassignment of top performers
  • To develop Company’s Technical Assistance Services (manpower supply) to Clients
  • To ensure best-in-class recruitment services
  • To ensure that the company is following labor regulation
  • To coordinate on work permit and visa processing
Major Tasks
  • To maintain CV database application and propose improvements
  • To increase the number of relevant candidates registered in CV database application
  • To carry out regular interviews / tests of candidates
  • To maintain existing agreements with manpower agencies and identify, select and implement new agreements
  • To organize regular follow up of candidates registered in CV database application
  • To negotiate employment conditions with selected candidates
  • To organize logistics of mobilization / demobilization and rotation travel of Project staff as required
  • To ensure regular follow up of staff assigned to Projects
  • To develop and implement best practices / procedures for candidates identification, recruitment, mobilization, assignment follow up, assessment, career development and retention
  • To coordinate, prepare with agent work permit, Visa, and follow up of renewal
Requirements:
  • 5 to 10 years HR / Recruitment management in Oil & Gas
  • Computer skills and local tax and immigration law
  • Very Good knowledge of English
  • Accurate and systematic in work, prioritization of work
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Honest
