Responsibilities:
Work Location : PT. Pertamina Hulu Energi – West Madura Offshore (PHE WMO)
 
Summary Responsibilities :
  • Under general direction from Coordinator Personnel Service & Industrial Relation, perform the function of administering personnel data / HRIS.
  • Schedule of work 5-2 (days) with location hire on Jakarta office
Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Economic, Management, Industrial Engineering, and Psychology
  • Minimum 3 years experience in HR Generalist, HRIS or SAP HR Project
  • Good knowledge in HR Management
  • Good command in English, both written & speaking
  • Proficient computer literacy
