- > 12 years experience in operation or project construction of oil and gas facilities in the area of project management
- Evidence of appropriate formal training in key activities noted above
- Good interpersonal skills, well organized, good written and oral communication skills, computer literacy.
- Ability to work on his/her own initiative but function as an integral part of a team
- Flexible and pro-active approach
SPECIALIST LEVEL 3
- Bachelor Degree or similar education level related to the respective discipline
- > 10 – 12 years experience in operation or project construction of oil and gas facilities in the area of project management
- Evidence of appropriate formal training in key activities noted above
- Good interpersonal skills, well organized, good written and oral communication skills, computer literacy.

- Flexible and pro-active approach
