Responsibilities:
- With a strong commitment to health and safety, will take responsibility for assisting execution a drilling program for an oil or gas or CBM well.
- Ensure programs, program amendments and dispensations to policy are prepared on schedule and are adequately risk assessed.
- Working closely with field drilling advisor, drilling fluid specialist, HSE and service company personnel to ensure a safe and efficient operation.
- Cost control for wells activities.
- Will monitor all phases of the operations, perform post-analyses for benchmarking and learning, identification and implementation of appropriate new technologies.
- Travel will be required to field locations, to monitor and participate in drilling operations, performing third party Quality Assurance and Quality Control.
- Recommendations to engineering studies to improve drilling safety.
Requirements:
- S1 in Petroleum/Mechanical/Chemical Engineering with minimum GPA 2.75. S2 in related discipline is an advantage.
- Minimum 5 years experience in Oil and Gas.
- Drilling engineering & operations knowledge and technique.
- Advance computer literate.
- Land rig operations, horizontal well, under balance drilling, exploration & rig supervisor experience & background.
- Strong HSE experience
- Understand in company & government of Indonesia procurement policy & regulation knowledge.
- Proactive and have "can do" and "strive for excellence" attitude.
- Good interpersonal and communication skill and able to communicate well in English both written and spoken.
- Excellent presentation skill, with ability to express ideas in a clear manner.
- Able to identify problems and provide alternative solution.
- Well organized, self motivated and able to work both independently and in a team.
