Our Client, A Leading provider of Oil dan Gas Construction Company in Jakarta, urgently requires the following position:
LOGISTIC COORDINATOR, Sr
 

General Requirements & Qualifications :
a.  At least 3-5 years of experience in similar position
b.  Minimum Technical Senior High School
c.  Female/Male, minimum 35 – 45 years old
d.  Fluency in English, both oral and written is a must
e.  Supervisory skills, honest and loyal to the company
f.  Good leadership, interpersonal and communications skills
g.  Willing to be placed in Sangatta (East Kalimantan)
 
Job Description:
a.  Responsible for the development of logistical plans, policies, and procedures necessary to provide support in the logistics areas of supply, transportation, maintenance, and services
b. Recommends and coordinates the logistics support structure to perform the logistics functions of the project.
c. Coordinates the interface between logistics functions such as transportation, maintenance and warehousing to ensure efficient, timely, and cost effective support to the customer
d. Troubleshoots problem ares in logistics and coordinates problem resolution or recommends solutions to managements
e. Coordinates with customers to ensure desired logistics objective, priorities, and schedules are met and communicated to management
f.  Analyzes work processes and develops metrics for measurement of performance
g. Coordinates with Environmental, Safety, and other Shared Services functional areas as          appropriate in regard to logistical functions performed under contract
 
QA / QC STRUCTUAL MECHANICAL
 
Jobs Description :
a. Responsible to support of the quality program, including specialized         inspection and testing techniques, quality training, statistical methods,         quality tools for problem solving and assessment
b. Creates inspection report stating the conditions of work area to ensure     requirements of quality.
c. Implements principles of performance evaluation and prediction methods are used to improve product system safety, reliability, and maintainability.
d. Responsible for maintaining quality standard of products, the procedures, and materials.
e. Responsible for quality management function with the performance needs of product lines.
f. Coordinate with supervision and occasional direct supervision as performs     assignments requiring experiences and knowledge of standard concepts.
 
General Requirements :
a. Male / Female, 30 – 40  Years Old
b. Diploma degree or the equivalent ( Civil, Oil & Gas, Mechanical )
c. Minimum 2 years experience in similar position especially in QA/QC ( Civil, Oil & Gas, Mechanical )
d. Fluency in English, both oral and written is a must
e. Good Interpersonal, Communication skill, Honest and loyal to the comp
f. Willing to be placed in East Kalimantan ( Sangata )
 
PROCUREMENT ADMINISTRATOR
Jobs Description :
  1. Responsible for the development of Procurement or Engineering
  2. Support general business operation by providing simply administrative activities
  3. Coordinate the interface between admin functions such as complete defined task, general clerical, receptionist and project basic work to a department and/or Manager.
