TECHNICAL QUALITY & RISK MANAGER - MALAYSIA My client is a leading technical advisor for the Oil & Gas industry. They specialize in providing services aimed at improving the safety, integrity, reliability and performance of oil & gas facilities both on and offshore.

The key responsibilities will include:
*Undertaking review and approval of project inspection reports for all clients
*Provide technical guidance in key areas of the business when required by senior management
*Work closely with principle and senior consultants and senior management to achieve and deliver targets
*Provide technical advice and support to colleagues, management and the practice as and when required
*Prepare and maintain internal reports on a regular basis
*Take responsibility for the company and clients management system including key inspection related techniques
*Attend meetings, presentations and conferences when required
*Liaise with regional Technical Assurance department/offices to ensure industry accreditation are sustained
For this position my client is looking for a local or expatriate candidate to take up the role. You will be based full time in Malaysia and the remuneration will vary depending on your experience and status.
The profile they seek for this position is:
*15+ years' experience within the Oil & Gas sector
*7+ years in Risk & Safety preferably
*Relevant Degree
*Thorough technical understanding of risk and safety
*Familiar with HAZOP / HAZID studies
*Strong commercial background and excellent business development skills
*Flexible to travel to various locations mainly in South East Asia

At present my client is seeking a Technical, Quality & Risk Manager to join their office in Kuala Lumpur. The focus of the role is to maintain, review and lead the technical production of projects for global customers through all stages from input to delivery to completion.The key responsibilities will include:
