The role involves:
- Lead the HSE team
- Be main point of contact with clients for all HSE issues
- Project management
- Writing policies and procedures
- Mentoring and coaching
Skills needed:
- an extensive HSE background
- An O&G background,
- Construction experience
- A 'çan do' attitude
- the ability to drive and direct a team
- Preferably, you would have formal HSE qualifications
