ENGINEERING JOBS
Reservoir Engineer is urgently needed to fill a position in Oklahoma City, OK with a independent oil and gas company!
Progressive Global Energy & Natural Resources specializes in delivering first-rate professionals to the Oil & Gas industry. I work specifically with Reservoir Engineers and have been hired to execute an executive search to fill this role as soon as possible.
The candidate must have experience in the following to be considered:
o As part of a multi-disciplinary team, this position will play a lead role in the evaluation and development of company assets in the mid-continent region.
o Conduct reservoir engineering analysis including decline curve analysis, production forecasting, well log interpretation, pressure transient analysis, material balance, etc.
o Develop economic and risk analysis for developmental and exploratory drilling
o Identify and evaluate value-adding opportunities
o Evaluate reservoir recovery factors, drainage areas and completion efficiencies.
o Provide long-term field development planning
o BS degree in Engineering (Petroleum Engineering preferred)
o 3+ years applicable experience, preferably in the mid-continent region
o Knowledge of SEC reserves estimation concepts
o Working knowledge of technical and industry specific software such as Aries, PowerTools, Petra, and Enertia
