Looking for a good career opportunity???? One of my clients, a
multinational Oil & Gas company, is looking for a Principal Risk
& Safety Engineer in Brazil!
The role´s responsibilities are:
1. To Facilitate Risk and safety assessment Workshops
2. To Develop Technical Proposal for Risk and Safety assessment studies.
3. Should have minimum 5 years working experience in risk and safety studies for oil and gas industries
4. To carry out Safety Assessment studies such as QRA, HSE Case or HAZOP.
5. Capable of leading a team in executing safety studies. Provide technical guidance and solutions to consultants in solving difficult problems.
6. Review safety studies reports
7. Develop strong working relationships with field based (Operations and Wells) personnel to ensure risks are identified and mitigated appropriately.
Accountabilities:
1. To execute Risk and Safety assessment services through Risk & Safety Engineers under the requirements of project.
2. Time Management of projects and provide summary of project to Management.
3. To prepare Weekly Progress Reports for Projects and submit to Management.
4. To keep track on Project timeline and schedule and alert to Management if any deviations noticed.
5. Deliver consistent technical solution to client and identify potential for improvement.
6. Aiding other engineers / departments with their contracts / projects.
Requirements:
-Education: Degree in Engineering and preferably Masters in Safety Engineering
-Language: Fluent in English
-Post Graduate with at least 5 years on on-shore and offshore related Risk & safety project experience.

• General working knowledge on Health, Safety and Environment and Occupational Safety and Health
