Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for all phases of planning and execution of large and complex EPIC projects
  • Have bottom-line responsibility for financial and technical success of the project 
  • Review and approve project expenditures, costs, estimates, budgets, financial forecasts and project schedules 
  • Manage project and discipline managers to achieve project objectives 
  • Manage project to meet cost, schedule, safety, quality and contractual requirements to the satisfaction of internal and external customers 
  • Manage relationships with customers and develop opportunities for project growth 
  • Manage, organize, plan and direct the project management effort and be the manager representing Company with the Client as single point contact 
  • Organize the Project Team and fortify all required positions with appropriate and competent persons to undertake project management functions of the project
Requirements:
  • Min Bachelor Degree in Engineering related field, and ideally be professionally registered or chartered as an engineer with a recognized engineering body
  • At least ten (10) years of project management experience on offshore oil and gas pipeline design engineering, installation and pre-commissioning as well as on offshore oil and gas platforms transportation and installation. 
  • Proven track record of success in project management in EPIC projects with Major Oil and Gas Company 
  • Strong business acumen and negotiation ability
  • Strong leadership ability to lead and motivate the project team 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly versatile with strong change management and problem solving skills
