1. SECRETARY - SOUTH JAKARTA (Code: SEC)
Responsibilities:
- Establishes and implements an efficient project support.
- Establishes and maintains a correspondence filing system.
- Expedites the review and approval of documentation including procedures, instructions, and records.
- Plans, supervises and coordinate to and from all necessary requirements, related but not limited including clients, sub-contractors and the project team.
- Secretarial duties to vice President and Managers
Requirements:
1-2 years experience in similar capacity with Oil & Gas projects environment.
Female, Graduated from secretarial / Business Administration
Good English Skill in Oral & in Writing
Ability to commence employment on short notice is preferred.
2. RECEPTIONIST - SOUTH JAKARTA(Code: REC)
Requirements:
Female,Honest and Friendly with Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Perform front desk reception duties such as answering / transferring phone calls and attending to walk-in guests.
In charge of all out-going and in-coming delivery schedule / courier services/ daily mails.
Attend to general office maintenance and administrative duties including office equipment, stationery, fax , printing name card procurement of office supplies and pantry supplies etc.
Perform other ad-hoc duties when required Requirements.
Good knowledge of MS. Office applications.
Ability to commence employment on short notice is preferred
