Executive Risk Management

Responsibilities:
  • This position is accountable to enforce and facilitate the development of Production Malaysia’s Risk Profiling and Business Continuity Management (BCM), integrate its implementation in the respective domestic regions, and coordinate the monitoring and tracking of profile updates, status of mitigation and control effectiveness to ensure risk management is embedded seamlessly into normal business operations, planning and budgeting process, and organizational culture.
Requirements:
  • A recognized Bachelor degree at the minimum.
  • At least 2-8 years of experience in oil & gas industry, and any prior upstream working experience would be an advantage.
  • Incumbent should have a combination of planning and operational experience to provide balance in driving the implementation of risk management.
  • Passionate in risk management subject matter. Some working experience in risk management would be an advantage.
  • Focus on value creation, change management and risk management culture internalisation is also essential.
