Responsibilities:
• Implement Pipeline Integrity Program & Integrity Assessments, Encroachments & Right-of-way Remediation complying to Integrity Management Plan, Regulations, Company Policy & Procedures
• Interpret Surveys & ensure Pipeline Integrity. Surveys for inline Inspection, Direct Assessments, Air, Foot Patrols & Hydrographic-Marine Pipelines
• Negotiate with Utility owners, Property owners & Agencies re Encroachments amid Company Facilities & Third parties
• Ensure Internal Operating & Emergency Procedures meet Regulations & Industry Standards
Knowledge:
- Land & Marine Pipeline Surveying, Site Improvement Engineering, Pipeline Loading Calculations, Slope Stability Engineering, Pipeline In & Out Inspection, Environmental Protection, Operational Safety Events GPS & GIS
- Project Management Techniques & Scope Definition & Control, Execution Strategy, Cost Estimating, Scheduling, Procurement-Materials/Services, Contract Management, Quality Control & Progress News
- Know Pipeline Regulations e.g.49CFR Part 192 Construction & Maintenance Drills in Related Facilities & Safe Work Drills
- Inline Inspection Technologies, Pipeline Integrity Management Drills, Welding & Non-Destructive Testing Procedures & Applications, Pipeline Operation, Repair & Construction Events
- Exhibit Problem Solving Skills & Ability to Prioritize
- Clear, Concise, Oral & Written Messages
- Skilled Desktop Applications, Microsoft Project, Adobe Acrobat, FileMaker
Education/Experience:
- B.S. Mechanical/Civil Engineering Ideal
- 5 yrs experience
- Engineering & Project Management Experience-Nat gas Pipelines
- Project Management & Construction Skills Ideal
- Pipeline Repairs & Operation Skills Vital
