Responsibilities:
Velosi Energy Consultant is now hiring on behalf of multinational engineering company for Engineering Manager.
The Engineering Manager will manage engineering operation by directing, developing, communicating, and implementing the company's direction and strategic goals. Other responsibilities as follow:
  • Provide leadership, guidance, resource management to ensure that all project is properly staffed with qualified personnel,
  • Monitors and supports the project execution by supplying suitable resources and provide training necessary to assess and to optimize utilization of resources.
  • Ensures that engineering is performed per Company procedures and tools and to ensure that any deviation have been properly approved.
  • Ensures The Engineering Management team is aware of and aligned with all issues reported by the Discipline Work Group Leaders.
  • Support the Manager of Operations in oversight of project execution and assuring smooth operations of the projects both technically and non-technically and resolution of execution or staffing issues.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Engineering (Chemical), Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Petroleum/Oil/Gas) or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
  • At least 15 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Senior Managers specializing in Engineering - Oil/Gas or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
