An exciting opportunity is available for a Sydney based Commercial Manager. My Client, an Exploration and Production Company with assets on the East Coast of Australia is ideally looking for someone who is available towards the end of 2012/beginning of 2013.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone who would like to progress their career and look for that next exciting challenge - this company is in growth phase having successfully begun production.

Ideal candidates must have the following skills:
- Negotiating oil sales
- Negotiating commercial contracts
- Managing land owners and cultural heritage issues
- Prior experience on mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures

To be considered candidates must have an Upstream background and prior experience working onshore - both oil and gas experience is relevant.

This is a rewarding role and will offer candidates exposure to a wide range of circumstances, allowing them to build their skill set and comes with a high level of responsibility.

Remuneration is negotiable.
