Position :
1. Startup Lead Onshore ( 1 position)
Job Function:
The
Startup Lead reports to the Start- Up Manager and acts to
support interface between Project and Operations to facilitate a
seamless transition to steady state operations.
Responsibilities & Duties:
The
Startup Lead reports to the Start- Up Manager and acts to
support interface between Project and Operations to facilitate a
seamless transition to steady state operations. Primary responsibilities
include:
·Coordinates development of initial start up procedures
·Interfaces
with Commissioning Manager and Leads to coordinate and schedule
start up support resources including Discipline Leads, EPC Contractor
Specialists, spare parts, equipment, temporary connection, tools,
materials, vendor support, First-Fill etc.
·Develops contingency plans and prepares reasonable pre planning for potential execution based on criticality.
·Develops inputs for the systems completion budget
·Maintains
start up documentation including integrated schedules, reports,
procedures and reports progress, issues and concerns to the Start-Up
Manager
·During
start up execution, coordinates start up planning and support and
interfaces with the field superintendent on systems turnover and
acceptance.
·Provides daily and “look-ahead” start up activity planning and progress reports.
·Coordinates execution of startup activities.
·Participates in Systems walk-down. Assists Startup Manager in preparation for facilities acceptance.
Required Knowledge, Qualification, Skill, And Experiences:
·Minimum education Diploma 3 with 10 years experience in oil and gas plant facilities or
·Having minimum 20 years experience experience in oil and gas plant facilities.
·10 years experiences in system completions
·Has
at least one experience in a major sour Greenfield project start-up
Facilitation of team building involving more than 8 people ,
·Foreign assignments and multi-national workforces
·Well, plant, pipeline and FSO operations and maintenance experience
·Planning assignment – staff work through the engineering and/or operations function
·Good communication and interfacing skills

2. Startup Lead Offshore (1 position)
Job Function:
The
Startup Lead reports to the System Completion Manager and acts to
support interface between Project and Operations to facilitate a
seamless transition to steady state operations.
Responsibilities & Duties:

Startup Lead reports to the System Completion Manager and acts to
support interface between Project and Operations to facilitate a
seamless transition to steady state operations. Primary
responsibilities include:

with System Completion Coordinator/Lead to coordinate and schedule

3. Start-up Specialists Prod/CCR Onshore (2 positions)
Job Function:
The
Prod/CCR SU Specialist will be utilized to support the Banyu Urip
Project. This will require a rotational assignment with continuous
mobilization and demobilization.
The
Prod/CCR SU Specialist assists in the execution of the integrated
systems completions/start-up program. From Construction through the
stable Operations phase. This Specialist assists with the effective
execution of systems completions/acceptance tasks and
identification/mitigation of “look ahead” activities critical to
ensuring an orderly integration of Producing Facilities. Specialist
required to provide guidance, training, and oversight regarding systems
completions to the PMT Start-Up Organization and Contractor’s Systems
Completion Organization.
The
Prod/CCR SU Specialist will play a leading role in the start-up of the
facilities. In particular, the Operation of the systems and processes
from the control room board.
Responsibilities & Duties:
·Assist with the development and execution of the Systems Completions Plan.
·Reinforce the requirement for safe practices in a construction, commissioning, and startup environment.
·Provide
in-put in regard to Initial Start- up Procedures,
Commissioning Procedures, Operating Procedures, and all required
Start-up Documentation. Participate in an integrated, cohesive
Start-up team providing training and mentorship throughout the
assignment. Participate and witness all Systems Completion checks,
particularly those associated with the control room. i.e. Loop
checks, functionality checks, cause and effect testing, etc.
·May involve certain Factory Acceptance
·Tests (FATs) participation.
·Participate in system walk-downs identifying deficiencies as part
of the Systems Completion process. Participate in training from
vendors as well as operational and simulator training.
·Become engaged in the work management process. Understand and adhere to the site PTW practice/policies.
·Become familiar with the Project Completion Management System (CMS).
·Provide input to the development/completion of work
packs and Turnover and Completion Packages (TCPs)
and ensure they are implemented in accordance with
Systems Completion Specification. Comprehend all plant systems
and processes well enough to operate the “board” during initial
start-up.
·Support Operations Board Operators (CROs) from systems completions activities through stable operations.
·Take part in the planning and execution of plant perform
Required Knowledge, Qualification, Skill, And Experiences:
·Minimum education Diploma 3 with
·10 years experience in oil and gas plant facilities or
·Having
minimum 20 years experience experience in oil and gas plant
facilities and minimum of 10 years as a Central Control Room Operator
·10 years experiences in system completions and
·Has
at least one major H2S Greenfield start up experience Working
knowledge of ExxonMobil practices, processes, and
expectations with respect to equipment systems completions,
commissioning, and start-up of the facilities.
·Strong working knowledge of a DCS based control system. Background must include DCS board operator experience.
·Practical experience in an H2S environment.
·Strong process knowledge of the following systems:
1. Crude separation and stripping.
2. Produced water degassing.
3. Fuel gas sweetening.
4. Sulfur recovery from gas sweetened for fuel gas.
5. Gas dehydration and compression.
6. Steam Generation and Systems.
·Direct
“hands on” experience in plant/system start-up with
exceptional trouble-shooting skills. Working understanding of Project
completions and commissioning practices.
·Demonstrate good interpersonal skills with the ability to
interact effectively with project personnel. Requires patience and
fortitude while coaching and mentoring others.
·Ability to work in harsh environments and in stressful situations.
·Overseas experienced desirable, but not required.
·Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of software programs.
4. Start-up Automation Onshore (2 positions)
Job Function:
The
Automation SU Specialist will be utilized to support the Banyu Urip

all automated related systems to keep the equipment healthy
and provide trouble-shooting support. Support Operations Plant
Automation Technicians from systems completions activities through
stable operations.
·Take part in the planning and execution of plant performance testing.
Required Knowledge, Qualification, Skill, And Experiences:
·Minimum
education Diploma 3 with 10 years experience in oil and gas plant
facilities or Having minimum 20 years experience experience in oil
and gas plant facilities and Minimum of 10+ years in the field
of Automation.
·10 years experiences in system completions and
·Has at least one major sour gas Greenfield start up experience
Knowledgeable of ExxonMobil practices, processes, and
expectations
with respect to equipment systems completions, commissioning, and start- up of the facilities.
·Excellent
working knowledge of site specific automation processes and systems
and thorough working knowledge of DCS design and functionality in oil
and gas production start-up and operations.
·Strong knowledge of developing and using loop drawings/one line diagrams/P&ID/cause and effect diagrams.
· Good working knowledge of voice and data communications systems.
· Good knowledge of ESD system, PSD system, and Alarm Management data bases.
· Provide
vendor interface through MICC team for all DCS related systems. Ensure
functionality of DCS and communications systems at
start-up through stable operations.
·Working experience with process electronics/PLC/DCS, pneumatic, and turbine controls.
·Strong working knowledge of plant processes combined with good trouble- shooting skills.
·Requires patience and fortitude while coaching and mentoring others.
·Practical experience in an H2S environment.
·Direct “hands on” experience in plant/system start-up.
·Working understanding of Project completions and commissioning practices.
