QUALIFICATION:
1.Proven
track record min 10 years as HRD Manager in Oil and Gas sector or 3 – 5 years as GM HRD.
2.Experience min. 5 years as Performance and Development staff
3.Having knowledge of HR system of recruitment, development and performance, compensation, Corporate culture

4.Fluent
English both Oral & written
