Project Engineering Managers: Manage and lead multi-discipline,
multi-functional engineering teams. Serve as a bridge between
engineering, procurement, construction, completions and project
management teams, Position requires continuous interaction with client,
control and monitoring of technical issues, quality, budget, cost and
schedule, progress and resource manning and management reporting.
Project Engineering Coordinators: Engineers with experience in
coordinating multi-disciplinary activities, interfacing with vendors and
subcontractors, providing inputs for monitoring and control of
engineering delivery, managing engineering budgets and the change
management process. Experience is also required in managing design
productivity, design reviews, investigating discrepancies working in an
environment of implementing continuous improvement.
Structural Engineers: Civil/Structural Engineers with experience
in structural design of offshore oil and gas facilities. Ability to
design jackets, deck structures, topsides modules, Using WSD, LRFD and
stress skin design methods. Knowledge of spectral fatigue, progressive
collapse and seismic analysis essential. Skill sets must include high
level of versatility in SACS and its modules, GAL WEAP and USFOS. User
skills in MOSES, SESAM is advantageous.
Pipeline Engineers: Mechanical or Structural Engineers with
experience in subsea pipeline design techniques, analysis methods,
statutory codes and guidelines. Knowledge of subsea pipeline materials,
valves and exotic materials, global buckling, lateral buckling
mitigations and industry software such as CAESAR II, AGA, MathCAD,
AUTOPIPE is essential. Exposure to ABAQUS FE software is desirable.
Piping Engineers: Mechanical Engineers with experience in piping
layouts, materials, stress analysis of offshore facilities (faxed and
floating) and well versed in the deployment of 3-D modeling tools like
PDS/PDMS.
CAD Design Supervisors: Diploma/HNC or equivalent required.
Experience in design supervision and development of offshore
fixed/floating facility topsides layouts, pipe or cable tray routing,
structural 3-D modeling, facility 3-D modeling, extraction of CAD
drawings and MTOs from 3-D models, BOOs, checking and verification of
designs and in guiding teams of designers. Experience in preparation of
design guidelines; work closely, with 3-0 model administrator and
discipline engineers expected. Experience in PDMS and/ or PDS software
essential. Ability to manage and lead all design work and design team
for relevant discipline is essential.
Process Engineers: Chemical Engineers with experience in
offshore facilities process simulation, PFD and P&ID development,
equipment sizing, system hydraulic calculations, safety valves and flare
sizing. Process optimization skills desirable.
Instrumentation Engineers: Instrumentation Engineers with
experience in control systems, field instrumentation including
foundation field bus instruments, shutdown systems, safety
specifications, data sheets including experience with INTOOLS and
exposure to 3D modeling software.
Electrical Engineers: Electrical Engineers with experience in
specifying and selection of equipment for hazardous and non hazardous
area LV/MV/HV applications, heat tracing, subsea cables and GIS sub
stations. Should have experience with ETAP, EDSA, CYME or SKM.
HSE/Risk Analysis Engineers: Chemical Engineers with experience
in fire, explosive and dispersion modeling, QRA, risk , control measures
to demonstrate ALARP, fire and explosion risk assessment, safety
studies like HAZID, HAZOP, SIL, escape and evacuation studies.
Rotary Equipment Engineers: Mechanical Engineers with
experience in specification, selection, design and engineering of
rotating equipment such as compressors, pumps, gas turbines, steam
turbines and utility packages. Material handling study experience
advantageous.
Static Equipment Engineers: Mechanical Engineers with
experience in design and engineering of pressure vessels, heat
exchangers, tanks, flares and various related packages like hot oil
units, TEG packages, gas conditioning units, separators, etc.
Telecom Design Engineers: Telecom Design Engineers with
experience in optical fiber transmission and multiplexing, voice
switching, PABX key telephone systems, microwave radio/TDMA radio,
VHF-UHF and satellite communication.
All applicants should have the relevant engineering background in the
offshore oil & gas sector with a strong knowledge of international
codes and standards. Typically this will include concept, feasibility,
FEED and detailed design experience with fixed and floating facilities
obtained from working with EPC contractors and/or engineering consulting
organizations.
