Services are :
- Check and review all material description, and then coordinate with related TADM for revision approval
- Standardize Attributes of the material description
- Filter/segregate material list from TADM in excel than review the material description if it has good or bad description
- Proposing list of unidentified materials to related TADM for deletion / block from Material Master Data in SAP for approval
- Physically check material at the warehouse to take data, pictures, or any necessary information for enriching unidentified description and submit to related TADM in excel and pdf format for approval
- Physically check all maintenance material and propose list WOP (write off) If it is indicated as damages, expired materials
- Physically check the similarity, and duplication maintenance material on warehouse and proposing the list to related TADM for final Approval
Minimum Requirement :
- Min. 5 years experinces
- Diploma Degree
- Speak and Write english
- Understanding of Computerized Maintenance and Inspection Management System, preference to SAP/R3 or ECC6
- Have experience in maintenance and sparepart of equipments especially mechanical, electrical, & ICS in Oil and Gas Industry
- Have knowledge in data collections, quality reviews and input being able to create data bases for upload into CMIMS
Contract duration is 2 years, salary in daily basis.
Work Rotation will be 2-2 (2 weeks On 2 weeks Off)
Transportation (Ticket, taxi, etc) and Accommodation will be provided by Company
