1. Safety Officer (Aceh Based)
Responsibilities: • To oversee and approve contractor H&S
orientation, provide safety orientation guidelines for contractor
supervisory and management personal. •To monitor contractors and ensure timely corrective action is implemented.
• Stopping work in unsafe areas, unsafe employee acts, or imminent
danger situation and stipulating the necessary corrective action before
work is allowed to continue. • Act as a Liaison with construction contractor safety supervisor. • Act as a Liaison with construction contractor safety supervisor.
Requirements: • Minimum Diploma Degree or Bachelor Degree in any major. • 5 years experience as safety officer, safety supervisor or safety engineer. • Experienced in working at project sire or other relevant safety work. •Certified in safety area (OHSA) or other relevant certificate from Depnakerly • Certified in safety area (OHSA) or other relevant certificate from Depnaker. •To monitor contractors and ensure timely corrective action is implemented.

2. Safety Officer (Jakarta Based)
Responsibilities: •Monitoring safety. • Report safety findings. • Submit safety EHS inspections.
Requirements: • 10 years industrial experiences. • Training in international companies. • Certified Safety Inspector. • First aid trained. • First responder trained. • Strong English language skills
3. Business Development Manager (Environment) - Jakarta
Responsibilities: • Develop business and client relations with both private and institutional clients in Indonesia;
• In close collaboration with other SLE groups, build a team of
environmental, geotechnical and water specialists capable of delivering
environmental, geotechnical and water projects in Indonesia; • In
close collaboration with other SNC-Lavalin groups in order to offer SLE
services and help provide total solution to the clients of SNC-Lavalin;
• Manage bid (proposal) preparation for environmental, geotechnical and
water projects in Indonesia and participate in project execution
management; • Direct and coordinate technical teams and oversee the
cost-effective delivery of high quality and timely services to clients
in Indonesia: • Participate in SLE Indonesia personnel management and supervision, and day-to-day office administration.
Requirements: • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree in Environmental, Engineering or Related field;
• At least 10 years of working experience in environmental,
geotechnical and water fields or the related field is required for this
position; • Extensive experience and proven accomplishment in
business development and client relation, with thorough understanding of
the call for tender and bidding process; • Organizational skills, team spirit and leadership capabilities; • Self-motivated and result-oriented; • Fluent in English language and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal); • Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Engineering - Environmental / Health / Safety or equivalent.
4. Business Development Manager (Infrastructure and Mining & Metallurgy) - Jakarta
Responsibilities: • Identify, develop and maintain strategic relationships in the Infrastructure and Mining & Metallurgy.
• Create and maintain business networks with key private sector
businesses, government agencies, industry associations and specialists
within region. • Responsible for bringing in new client work for the office. • Execute proposals and follow Business Development Processes in a timely manner.
Requirements: • Candidates must possess at least a Bachelors
Degree, in Engineering/ Business Studies/ Administration/ Management,
Human Resources Management, Marketing, Mass Communication or equivalent.
• Excellent in oral and written English. • At least 7 years of working experience in the related field required for this position. • Experience in Management/ Marketing/ Business Development or equivalent. • 1 full time position is available.
5. Senior Process Engineer
Responsibilities: • Leadership of process engineering as part of an engineering project team. • Monitoring junior engineers.
• Generation of deliverable Engineering Specifications, Report and
Drawings, managing drafters and junior engineers to produce deliverables • Review of vendor drawings and documentation • Reporting to Project Engineering Manager and Project Manager on delivery of deliverables
Requirements: • Bachelor degree in Chemical, Materials, Metallurgy, Process Engineering. • 10 years experience with managing and mentoring junior engineers and engineering teams • Design office and Site experience with metals processing • Hydrometalurgical processing techniques for nickel, gold and other metals • Some knowledge of pyrometalurgical processes an advantage •Work in multi-disciplined environment to deliver large scale project an advantage • An appreciation for quality management systems in an engineering design environment
6. Senior Electrical Engineer
Responsibilities: • Review of deliverables; engineering specifications, calculations, reports, drawings and materials take-offs. • Management and supervision of junior electrical engineers and drafters for the delivery of projects. • Review of vendor drawings and documentation. • Design of electrical systems and plant to relevant engineering standards.
Requirements: • Experienced in power generation, mining/ mineral processing in an EPC or EPCM context.
• Demonstated experience of managing Pre-feasiblity, feasibility and
basic design projects as part of a project team or leader. • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree, Electrical Engineering. • 7-10 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Additional Qualities: • Hazardous Area Classification an advantage. • Knowledge of SmartPlant Basic/ Detailed and Electrical Protection Design preferred. • ETAP experience. • Strong English language skills.
