Responsibilities:
- Deliver safe and environment acceptable well designs that are in line with VICO OEMS and operational expectation.
- Manage service contractor engineering staff and monitoring performance
- Provide drilling support for Subsurface Team in wells appraise and select stages with project righ scooping process. Assist with the deliver of the project initiation documents, project statements of requirements and well planning documents.
- Assist senior drilling engineer and drilling superintendent with development and implementation of the wells technical limit plan. Assist in application of other continuous processes during execution.
- Analyze all relevant offset and analog data for NPT and to determine te best past performance for continuous improvement. Provide drilling performance target.
- Support Drilling in development in developing scope of work for drilling contracts as per contract strategy.
Requirements:
- S1 in Petroleum/Mechanical/Chemical Engineering with minimum GPA 2.75. S2 in related discipline is an advantage.
- Minimum 5 years experience in Oil and Gas.
- Drilling engineering & operations knowledge and technique.
- Advance computer literate.
- Land rig operations, horizontal well, under balance drilling, exploration & rig supervisor experience & background.
- Strong HSE experience.
- Understand in company & government of Indonesia procurement policy & regulation knowledge.
- Proactive and have "can do" and "strive for excellence" attitude.
- Good interpersonal and communication skill and able to communicate well in English both written and spoken.
- Excellent presentation skill, with ability to express ideas in a clear manner.
- Able to identify problems and provide alternative solution.
- Well organized, self motivated and able to work both independently and in a team.
