Responsibilities:
  • Should have basic engineering knowledge on the services required and responsible for reviewing the type of service prior to preparing a contract documents.
  • Should have the understandings on Administrative and legal matters those supporting the service agreement.
  • Should have a good communication with SCM, has the understanding on the timing required referring to the PTK-007 regulation, as these are required prior to commencing a service. should be able to conduct through discussion with SCM and Legal on all administrative and legal matters relate to the service needed.
  • Prepare Bid plans to be submitted to BPMIGAS and conduct technical presentation as needed to explain the scope of service, company's requirements for the subject service etc.
  • working with SCM to perform for tender opening, preparing PFCARs, conduct Pre bid meeting, preparing for queries submitted by contractor , preparing tender evaluations.
  • Should understand her/his function as needed to attend Bid Committee meetings to answer all aspects needed relate for a service or materials procurement.
  • Should know how to deal with Contractors and set for a negotiation.
Requirements:
  • S1 in Engineer / Management with minimum GPA 2.75. S2 in related discipline is an advantage
  • Minimum 3 years experience in budgeting and and project cost control in Oil and Gas industry would be a very advantage value.
  • Willing to work in field - East Kalimantan.
  • Proactive and have "can do" and "strive for excellence" attitude.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill and able to communicate well in English both written and spoken.
  • Excellent presentation skill, with ability to express ideas in a clear manner.
  • Able to identify problems and provide alternative solution.
  • Well organized, self motivated and able to work both independently and in a team.
  • Able to work with under pressure situation.
  • Good negotiation and communication skills.
