Senior Risk & Safety Engineer - Offshore/Onshore/Mining Projects

Responsibilities:
You will be working within a professional and dynamic working environment and a lead a team of like-minded safety & risk engineers.  You will prepare and manage both Qualitative and Quantitative Risk Assessments, which would include fault tree and event tree analysis, hazard identification, FMECA techniques and consequence modelling.  You will be highly involved in loss prevention design activities and formal safety assessments with reputed EPC contracting companies in the O&G business. 

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, it is expected that you possess at least 8 years of professional experience especially in designing loss prevention and writing formal safety assessments for Offshore projects. You should be a tertiary educated chemical engineer by background and have done substantial work in Oil and Gas offshore and onshore projects.
 
Installation Manager/Engineers: Offshore & Subsea Projects

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, it is expected that you will possess a minimum of 5 years Structural Engineering design experience on onshore and offshore Oil & Gas and/or subsea &/or Pipeline projects.  Your experience will for example have seen you become knowledgeable in areas such as: offshore & subsea structures, hook-up installation, FPSO, offshore platforms, Hull structures, pipelines, DPII construction vessels etc. Candidates who possess the experience in hyperbaric tie-ins and pipelay experience would be well regarded.  Practical experience in the use of ANSYS &/or FEA Structural Design Software will be well regarded.  It is envisaged that you will possess Degree level Qualifications in Structural/Mechanical Engineering or Naval Architectural, with additional qualifications in Subsea Engineering and membership of the Society of Underwater Technology being well regarded.  It is mandatory that you possess good command of English, both verbal and written, and an excellent team player.

Responsibilities:
Your primary responsibilities would include but not limited to providing advice on contractual rights and responsibilities to the Project Management Team on both pre & post awarding of projects; acting as a platform of communication with the Client on contractual obligations and/or with commercial relationship; working with the bidding team in the preparation of related price proposals etc.
 
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will possess a Degree/Diploma in Business and Administration or Law and/or Engineering having a minimum of 5 to 7 years relevant post graduate experience on similar role on offshore engineering and/or subsea projects. Successful candidate would also be seen to have a high degree of computer literacy & good knowledge of IM tools, excellent communication skills both verbally and in written, possessing consultative and sound influencing nature and an excellent team player. In addition, you would be required to  have a strong understanding of commercial law, terms and conditions, insurance and has undertake activities on high risk, value and complex major interfacing parties in project based environment.
